These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InnoMed Company (“InnoMed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at innomed.ca and any related content, materials, or digital services we provide (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

‍WaitlessER may have its own dedicated page within the InnoMed website, but the app is owned and operated by InnoMed.

2. Information We Collect

At this time, WaitlessER does not require users to create an account or log in.
We currently collect only limited information necessary to provide core app functionality:
Location Information
If you choose to allow location access on your device, WaitlessER may use your device location to:
show nearby hospitals or emergency care options
improve location-based search results
help open navigation through supported third-party services such as Google Maps or Waze
‍Depending on your device settings and permissions, this may include approximate location.
Information We Do Not Currently Collect
At this time, WaitlessER does not currently collect or request:
your name
email address through the appaccount credentials
health records
symptom submissions
payment information
marketing profiles
push notification data
analytics or advertising identifiers through third-party analytics tools

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above only to:
operate the WaitlessER app
help users find nearby hospitals
support navigation and location-based functionality
improve the usability and performance of the appmaintain app security and reliability
comply with legal obligations when required
We do not currently use personal information collected through WaitlessER for advertising or marketing profiling.

4. Location Permissions

WaitlessER only accesses your location if you grant permission through your device settings.
You can deny or revoke location access at any time through your iPhone settings. If location access is disabled, some features of the app may not function as intended.

5. Third-Party Services

WaitlessER may connect users to third-party services for navigation or external information, including:
Google Maps
Waze
‍hospital or healthcare facility websites
other third-party services opened by user choice
When you leave WaitlessER or open a third-party service, that third party’s own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third-party services.

6. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

At this time, WaitlessER does not currently use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or similar tracking technologies within the app.If this changes in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required app privacy disclosures before those features are activated.
Apple requires developers to disclose the data their app and integrated third-party code collect, and to keep those disclosures up to date.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.
Because WaitlessER currently has limited data collection, we do not currently share personal information for advertising purposes.
We may disclose information only where necessary:
to provide the functionality you request
to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful request
to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of InnoMed, WaitlessER, users, or others
in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer

8. Data Retention

WaitlessER does not currently maintain user accounts or store user-submitted personal profiles or health records.
If limited technical or location-related information is processed to provide app functionality, it is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9. Your Choices

Because WaitlessER currently does not maintain user accounts or collect user-submitted personal profiles, there may be limited personal data for us to access, correct, or delete.
You may still control certain data practices by:

choosing whether to grant location access
disabling location services in your device settings
contacting us with privacy-related questions or requests

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information and support the secure operation of WaitlessER.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

WaitlessER is not intended for children under the age at which consent is required under applicable law without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner requiring separate consent without appropriate authorization.

12. Canada-Only Availability

WaitlessER is currently intended for use in Canada. If you access the app from outside Canada, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions where laws may differ from those in your place of residence.

It does not provide:

14. Future Features

This Privacy Policy describes the current version of WaitlessER.
If future versions of the app include features such as:

user accounts
health information collection
symptom input tools
push notifications
analytics services
server-side data storage
additional integrations

we will update this Privacy Policy before those features become active.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and post the updated version on the applicable WaitlessER or InnoMed webpage.

Your continued use of WaitlessER after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
